Happy belated birthday to myself! 🎂🥳We had a Happy belated birthday to myself! 🎂🥳We had a very eventful birthday trip to Yosemite this past week and what a story we will be able to tell for years to come! . For those of you that know the entire (long) story, you’ll know what a God thing it was, we’re so grateful for the way the whole situation unfolded. In short, on the last day of our trip, our car wouldn’t start in the ONLY place in the park with service and we were able to get towed an hour to the closest town and rent a car 5 mins before closing so we could drive 5 hours home. Hopefully we get our car back in a week! . Obviously we stopped at Texas Roadhouse to celebrate. My favorite restaurant of all time ever with my favorite person eating my favorite meal. A sirloin with a Caesar salad and a baked potato 😍😍 can’t get any better . Forever grateful that my fiancé @pat_sly is the most calm person in the world. I couldn’t have asked God for a more perfect traveling partner if I tried 😊

🎉We are moved in! I have been off socials for a 🎉We are moved in! I have been off socials for a couple weeks trying to pack up everything, working on a short film, working my marketing job and then trying to unpack! . Hopefully this week, things will go back to the normal schedule but I just want to say, this past month has really just been a huge light up blinking billboard of why @pat_sly is the best partner in life. . He built all of our new furniture and moved all of our boxes 📦 while I was working. He truly has been the best future husband and I just want to share that it’s out there. A giving, loving, strong, gracious partner is out there. So don’t settle. . P.S. we’re only 80 days to the wedding which is INSANE! I feel like we just got engaged, time is flying 🥰 . If you know me, I can be SUCH an indecisive person sometimes so walking into our design meetings, I just prayed God would give me the ability to clearly think about what I wanted and trust my gut. . I know it’s so silly to pray for something like that but I was in there making choice left and right and it was amazing! . It’s always been exciting that @pat_sly and I are getting married but seeing the venue in person and choosing the decor items, catering and cake, it just made it all so real. . Just wanted to share something Patrick and I have Just wanted to share something Patrick and I have really been focusing on and that is gratitude. . A couple days ago, Patrick’s apartment was broken into and $6000 worth of things were stolen. And it’s so easy to be angry and upset and think woe is me. .
